| On the 18th of March, 2010 Tim Brantley came by our home and made some
repairs |

some toilets and faucets. The repairs were perfect,
toilets are working better, |

| We had
Brantley Plumbing recommended by a couple of
people, each of whom |
| mentioned
how they felt they could trust in the company and the work done.
We |
| have used Tim twice. |

| The
first time we had a sewer back up,
and we all know how that can
cause |
| panic.
Brantley Plumbing could have charged not only for the visit,
but for work |
| that
didn't need to be done ( there are many
such stories out there ). But
Tim |
| looked
it over and told us
it was on the county side
of the system, their |
| responsibility,
and he charged us nothing! The county workers who came
to do |
| the
fix praised the honesty of our plumbing
contractor. |

| The
second time, we had a small pipe with
small leak that needed to be fixed |
| quickly
in order to sell our home. We were charged
a small fee. When a home |
| sale
hinges on a repair, a contractor
knows they can charge whatever they |
| want.
Brantley Plumbing doesn't work that
way. |

| I say
getting service at low rates is good,
but not if the work is poor. I also often |
| say
I don't care what I am charged,
if I trust the work is being
done right by |
| someone
I trust, it's worth it. |

Brantley is an extraordinary professional, person,
and plumber!! He is also a |
| caring person who will help out in areas where a person needs help. |
|
| For example,
he was here this week installing a new kitchen faucet which he had |
| helped us choose and purchase.
When I asked him if he could help me dig out a |
| couple of holes in the ground to plant two plants,
which were too difficult for me to |
| manage, he willingly agreed, even though it was a busy day for him. |
